This product removes the need for large additional control cabinets fitted elsewhere on a tanker. However, it does not change the safe loading and discharging operating procedures as a robust stainless steel control box cover is provided with a security lock.
It also features a range of benefits over previous versions offered by EMCO Wheaton. A simple design places the OPS bottom socket, Master and Guard Bar controls all in one with simple feed channel with combined integrated circuitry.
With all connections covered by a single interface, operators can avoid complicated pneumatics and OPS looms in separate locations. An optional OPS brake interlock pin can be provided for rigid fleet applications when guard bar protection is not available.
