EMCO Wheaton’s air control system is compact to provide maximum flexibility when working with different vehicle designs. It can also be fitted onto a fascia plate with or without a container cabinet. The container is made from stainless steel and is power-coated to protect valves from adverse weather conditions and road debris when transporting product.
Other features include a knock-off pad, which engages when the master control is left open and the lid is shut. This ensures all controls are closed and the brakes are freed before the tanker sets off. Our pneumatic control system comes complete with a power close functionality closing all compartment controls in the event of an accident or emergency.
Systems like this can also be fitted with visual indicators that sequence with the mechanical valves. These are fitted on the front panel, giving operators an easy reference to check everything is working correctly.
