The J0542’s ergonomic design, which includes an optional integrated pump with filter element, virtually eliminates leakages and prioritises ease of operation. It comes equipped with EMCO Wheaton’s forged aluminium lever as standard and is built with a hard-coated anodised body for reliability in the field. In-situ nose seal replacement also means the J0452 is very easy to maintain, even after heavy repeat use.
Much like all EMCO Wheaton API couplings, this model offers minimal pressure drop and a high flow rate. It also adheres to recognised international standards and industry codes of practice, including Canadian CRN approval.
