Features & Benefits

This product features a remote-control device that immediately shuts all pneumatic valves, bottom loading and vapor return systems when pressed by an operator in an emergency situation. It offers the operator rapid closure remote from the main air system control valves and requires no resetting after being pressed.

 

Other features include:

  • Durable, weatherproof materials
  • Ability to connect in series – one or more can be fitted in desired positions e.g. tanker top, off side and rear
  • Supplied with a mounting bracket
  • Push and leave functionality

Technical Info

Push-in fittings are available in both metric and imperial sizes. They can also be supplied with DOT-complaint fitting on request – these are integral for quick fit and removal. The product is made from Delrin with stainless internals for durability. Total weight is 0.12kg (0.26lbs).

The unit comes with an easily identifiable red button. In most cases, more than one of these are usually installed on the tanker offering multiple points for the operator in case of an emergency.
