Whether you run a fleet of trucks, buses or any other commercial vehicle, EMCO Wheaton has the ideal refueling solution for you. The PosiLock 105, for example, is recognised as an industry standard for fast, spillage-free fueling of transit buses, helping to speed up processing in the depot while also minimising the chances of human error. It’s recognised as a choice product for private companies and transport authorities in Toronto, New York, London, Hong Kong, Dublin and Chicago.

Much like the 105, the PosiLock Blue can also be used for truck refueling. This product builds on the strengths of the 105 design but crucially incorporates a function to eliminate the chances of DEF/AdBlue mixing with conventional diesel, a growing problem identified by EMCO Wheaton through its work with different operators across the world.

EMCO Wheaton also offers solutions for off-road applications, including the G2266 nozzle, which is ideal for mining vehicles, gantry cranes, and straddle carriers.

All of our systems are engineered using high-quality materials with durability in mind and, in most cases, can be maintained with repair kits in the field.
